Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026. This explains what information Zion Publishing House collects through zionpublishinghouse.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you apply to publish, we collect your name, email, and phone number if you include it, along with what you tell us about your book: title, genre, manuscript stage, word count, timeline, a description, and how you heard about us. When you request the Author Publishing Roadmap, we collect your name and email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser, device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that brought you here (for example, campaign tags or an ad click ID in the link). We use cookies and similar technologies for this, through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

How we use it

  • To read and respond to your application, and to follow up about your book.
  • To send you the guide you requested, and to follow up personally if you'd like to talk about publishing.
  • To understand how people find and use the site, and which of our ads and posts are useful, so we can improve both.
  • To keep the site and its forms secure and free of spam.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that help us run the site

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form submissions.
  • Resend delivers the emails the site sends, such as your application to Colin and the roadmap link to you.
  • Google (Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads) handles our email, serves the site's fonts, measures how the site is used, and measures how our ads perform.
  • Bunny.net delivers the book trailer videos.

If we add other advertising platforms, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), they may use cookies on this site to measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited it. We'll update this page when we do.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage how Google uses information for ads at Google's ad settings.
  • You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
  • If we email you and you'd rather we didn't, reply and tell us. We'll stop.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and guide requests for as long as they're useful for working with you or answering your questions, and delete them when you ask us to.

Children

This site is for authors and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions about your information go to Colin Edwards at [email protected].
